Ross Barefoot – Owner
Ross got his start in business working for his father. His first summer job at the family bicycle distributorship was building models in the office waiting for the phone to ring. It was not very lucrative. Too bad computers weren’t around. Think of all the gaming he could have done.
Ross began programming in 1991, building websites in 1996, and spent 2000 wondering why he had been so worried about Y2K in 1999. Of course Ross maintains that we’re not out of the woods yet; Y3K will be here before we know it.
Tina Barefoot – Owner
Tina is married to Ross and has proven that husband and wife can work together for years without resorting to lawyers or firearms. Tina brings a load of business experience, a level head, and a killer aesthetic sense to the team. Of course riding herd on 4 kids at the same time also qualifies her for a medal of honor.
Ian Barefoot – Customer Service Specialist/Artistic Coordinator
Ian has training in the world of art and is an experienced pixel artist, a genre all its own. He also has worked as website technician for FLEXISS since 2003 and has gotten to know a ton about how users work with the systems we create. Now he divides his time between helping customers get a better experience from their websites and coordinating the aesthetic side of our design efforts. And no, Ian is not Tina and Ross’s son. His family job description is “nephew.”
Scott Callas – Web Developer
Scott spent a bunch of years working in the power generating industry before making a career shift in 2007, along with a family move from Utah to Western Colorado (go East young man??). In late 2007 Scott turned a web design hobby into a career when he came to work for FLEXISS. He’s very experienced with HTML, CSS, and PHP. Scott is a very solution-oriented guy and you’ll often find him synthesizing various technologies into just the right tool for our clients.
Karla Kassebaum – Administrative Manager
Karla’s former life was as an experienced legal secretary, but luckily for us she left the law behind (well, as a career anyway). Karla’s been working for FLEXISS for 5 years now and is the only thing standing between a bunch of computer geeks and an administrative train wreck. Karla handles accounts receivable and payable, our company schedule, and a thousand details in between. Good thing that her organizational skills are reinforced by more energy and drive than the rest of us put together. All this and a published author as well. Missy Goolsby – Administrative Miracle Maker
Missy’s former life is a mystery to this page. It is assumed that she was a super secretive government spy, but that is just conjecture.
